Why We Started EmpowerAll Alliance

Every organization says people are its greatest asset. We started EmpowerAll Alliance to help them act like it.

EmpowerAll Alliance LLC was founded in Southfield, Michigan, on a simple observation: the workplaces that thrive are the ones where employees feel safe to speak, supported to grow, and treated fairly. Too often, the gap between what an organization intends and what its people actually experience goes unmeasured — and unaddressed.

Our work sits in that gap. As a woman-owned workforce equity and employee advocacy consulting firm, we help organizations build fair, safe, and inclusive work environments through employee-support programs, workplace culture improvement strategies, and partner-powered training resources.
